If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for all customers in Canada and the USA. We want you to feel confident every time you shop with us.
✅ Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The item must be in its original condition ā free from perfume, stains, or damage
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included
📋 How to Return or Exchange
The return and exchange process is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:
- Email us at info@newhimalayanpasminahouse.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1ā2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase
- Ship the item to the address provided ā we recommend using a tracked shipping service
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5ā7 business days
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale or final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Gift cards

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5ā7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take an additional 3ā5 business days to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
