5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.To initiate a return, contact us at sales@newhimalayanpasminahouse.com or via WhatsApp. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

However, colours may vary slightly between screens and actual products due to photographic lighting and display settings.Every product sold by New Himalayan Pashmina House is authentic Himalayan cashmere or pashmina, sourced directly from our artisan partners in Nepal.
